François worked in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological and metrology fields for the past 15 years and received the recognition of his employers, peers and many intervening parties of the aforementioned fields.

The experience he acquired in pharmaceutical regulations in metrology and validation of computerized systems, combined with his training in computer sciences (certificate in applied computer sciences and other related training) from Université de Montréal and from the PDA Training and Research Institute of Chicago, allowed him to hold the position of technical consultant in the fields of computers and instrumentation as well as a position as validation and compliance expert for a pharmaceutical regulatory consulting firm.

Mr. Bédard enjoys a business experience of over 20 years and has always contributed to business development in highly regulated fields. His advanced skills in the field of pharmaceutical and biotechnological procedures, which he acquired as vice-president of a world class regulatory compliance, validation and procedure company, have allowed him to create an extensive network of North-American and European contacts in the Life Sciences sector.

With university training in Environmental Design, Marketing and Operations Management in hand, M. Bédard took several training courses in management, regulatory compliance, science, project management, validation and regulatory engineering and is in the process of completing an MBA in bioindustrial management for May 2005.

Francis Bellido

From 1999 til 2006, Dr. Bellido has held several top executive positions as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Supratek Pharma, President and Chief Executive Officer of Biomundis Investment Fund and the President of SGF-Santé where he managed the health science portfolio.

Dr. Bellido also has held several executive positions with Eli Lilly in the United States and Switzerland including Strategic Asset Director, Global Business Unit Manager and Head of Regulatory Affairs.

Dr. Bellido also holds the position of Invited Professor at the School of Management of the University of Quebec in Montreal. Dr. Francis Bellido joined Alternatives Technologie Pharma as Executive Chairman.

Benoît Chedhomme

M. Chedhomme received a Master in Commercialization and Sales with a specialization in Distribution Networks (Montpellier, France). He oriented its career in the field of ERP editors, and particularly for the supply chain  management, and joined an editor of SCM (Supply Chain Management) as Communication & Marketing Manager, then as a professional consultant for the same company.

He joined Alternatives Technologie Pharma as sales manager.

Richard Brisebois

With a background in instrumentation, electrotechnique and quality, M. Brisebois has held several positions at Fisher Scientific : senior services representant, regional technician, quality manager and supervisor. He was also technical department manager (Ameco Canada), group manager / chief of physical lab. (Primo Instrument), DDC services technician (Regulvar) and electrotechnician (Ville de Montréal). M. Brisebois received diploma in electrical engineering, electricity, controls and instrumentation.

Pierre Théorêt
Finances Manager

M. Théorêt graduated from the HEC ("Hautes Études Commercial"), and is member of the Quebec CGA professional order ("Ordre des CGA du Québec) since 1983. Since 1983, he exerts its accounting and finances management skill in various servicing, biotech and IT companies.

M. Théorêt was accounting and finances manager for Le Théatre du Rideau Vert, Mediacom, National Bank, Haemacure and LGS.

With its 20+ years background, he joined Alternatives Technologie Phasma as Finances Manager.

Cyril Chaput

M. Chaput received a PhD degree in biomedical engineering and a MBA in Bio-industry management. Within the biotechnological industry, he has held several positions in various biotechnological companies (Biosyntech, Angiogene) such as senior scientist, product development manager, intellectual property manager and business development manager. With its 10 years background, he joined a regulatory compliance and process engineering company (PharmaConcept/Validapro) as senior advisory manager.
